Each ice pack / cold compress cover is hand-sewn with premium cotton fabrics. Each comes with one ice pack / cold compress insert. Can be used for relaxation or for relief from pain, bruised, or sore areas.

Instructions: Remove ice pack insert from cover, place ice pack in the freezer for a minimum of 1 to 2 hours. Remove ice pack insert from the freezer and slide into your cotton cover. Pinch the side Velcro closer to secure ice pack within your cover. Apply to affected area. You can use the attached ties to hold it in place. Leave for about 15 to 20 minutes, or as medically prescribed. Remove the ice pack and wait at least 1 hour before reapplication. Place the insert back into the freezer after use, or if desired, put the ice pack and cover in a resealable plastic bag for protection back into the freezer. The ice pack will remain flexible.
