Payment

All payments are processed and accepted safely through Etsy at this time.

Custom Orders

For all custom orders, payments must be received within 7 days of receiving our final invoice. Custom orders require full payment and are non-refundable. Orders will be treated as I do with designers. Labor, parts, fabric, and shipping charges will be assessed. If you would like to use your own fabric, this must be shipped to me at your expense. Fabric remnants will only be returned if requested.

Shipping

All packages will be sent Monday – Friday via the United States Postal Service. Unfortunately we can only accept purchases from the United States at this time. Items will be shipped within 2-3 business day. All items are sent from the greater Seattle area, Washington State. Extensive efforts and precautions are taken to ensure a safe and undamaged delivery.

Western States should receive their package 3-5 days from shipping.*
Central/Eastern States should receive their package 4-8 days from shipping.*
Alaska and Hawaii should receive their package 6-10 days from shipping.*

*Times are dependent of USPS and holidays/weather conditions.

Refunds

Returns are welcome, provided that the buyer covers all return shipment costs. Refunds will be issued for the price of the item plus tax only. Shipping costs will not be refunded. Your refund will be issued as soon as I receive the item in original condition. If the returned item is not in original condition, the item can be mailed back to you at your expense and request only. Returns will only be accepted until 10 days after arrival to your location.

In the unlikely case that damage occurs with the USPS, please return the entire package in order to receive a full refund or process an exchange, minus shipping. I will be happy to try and attempt to recreate the original piece. However, many of my pieces are one of a kind and recreating may not be possible.

Exchanges

If you are not pleased with the product you can return it to me as long as it is still in its original condition and exchange it for another product of the same value. You will need to pay for shipping again at that time. Exchanges will only be accepted until 10 days after arrival to your location. Custom orders may not be exchanged.

Additional Policies & FAQs

– Photos are as accurate as possible, coloring of items may vary from monitor to monitor.

– All forms of payment must be received and cleared prior to shipment.

– Washington State residents are required to pay WA Sales Tax.

– If you decide to cancel your order, please contact me within 12 hours of your purchase. Otherwise you will need to submit a return.

– I am unable to send swatches of the current fabrics for sale. Many of these fabrics are in small quantities, from a private or discontinued collection, and used to their completion.
